Ellen Baker, owner of Adrian Home and Pet Sitter in Adrian MI, is a life-long animal lover. She received her Bachelors of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife and a minor in Agriculture from Michigan State University in 1978. After a 21 year career in the airline industry she knew how hard it was on pets when their owners were away. In the mid 1980`s she hired a Pet Sitter to look after her dog and cat instead of sending them once more to the kennel. The difference was dramatic. No more shots, disease, fleas, and less stress on her and her pets. Ellen decided to start up her own home and pet sitter business full-time once she retired in the winter of 2010.
Lori Hall, started with Adrian Home and Pet Sitter in the fall of 2011. Lori was born and rais
ed in Lenawee County and has lived in Lenawee County since her marriage in 1985. After attending Davis College she worked as a medical assistant for 10 years and then decided to stay home with her four children. She spent years volunteering at her children`s schools and worked a few years part time for a vending company. With her tremendous love for animals, she decided pet sitting would be perfect for her. Lori`s four children are all grown up and and her three pets are now her babies, so she fully understands the desire for loving compassionate pet care.
Lisa Kahler joined
Adrian Home and Pet Sitter in the fall of 2012. She recently relocated from Texas to Lenawee County with her husband and four dogs. Lisa has a background as a Regional Supervisor in property management. She has fostered many dogs, volunteered with Animal Care Services, ARF, and recently volunteers at the Lenawee Humane Society. Lisa has taken several dog training classes, and is active in supporting laws to improve the lives of animals and donates materials & funds in this cause through out the Country. Lisa also is a photographer and artist who uses her love of animals in her work which can be seen at www.kaptured-by-lisa-kahler.com.
