Rates & Services: Because of the high cost of gas the following rates are for areas within 10 miles of 1355 Trenton Rd Adrian MI 49221. Outside of this area there is a charge of 50 cents each mile more. Payment is made in cash or check.
Cancellation Policy: 
Made before 5:00pm the day before the appointment will be refunded in whole. Cancellations after 5:00pm the day before the appointment will be refunded at 1/2 the cost. If the Pet/House Sitter shows up for the appointment and no notice has been given of the cancellation, no refund will be given. If the cancellation is for a holiday overnight pet pet sit and is cancelled less than one week before the holiday there is a $30.00 charge for the cancellation for that holiday night.
Daily, Companion/Convalescence & Overnight Pet Sitter:
For the following daily pet sitting service we charge $12.00 per visit for up to 2 pets, each additional pet is $3.00. The times for each service varies depending on how many pets but, last approximately 15 minutes for people with only one or two pets and of course longer for more pets. Companion/Convalescence pet sits for up to two pets per visit we charge $15.00 for the first 30 minutes, and $30.00 dollars for each hour. Each additional pet is $3.00 more each pet. Overnight pet sitting is $55.00 for 10-12 hours regardless of how many pets. We come to your home and feed your pets, provide potty breaks, collect the mail & newspaper, rotate lights, TV, radio, and blinds. We also take out the trash, clean litter boxes, water plants, and check the windows and doors for security breaks. We play, walk the dog, lightly groom, administer medication and of course give lots of hugs & attention. For cats and other small animals (such as mice, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, birds, etc) we offer a once- a-day, required minimum visit. For dogs, unless they have outside access we will visit 2-5 times a day. Each time we visit your home we write detailed reports to be sent via text or email every night while you are away or upon your return. Any unusual behaviors will be reported to you immediately.
Daily Dog Walking:
Dog walking is negotiable depending how long and far the walk is, generally starting at $12.00 for a 15 minute walk.
If your looking for daily dog walking you can count on us as well. We can stop by as many times as you need, so you can be sure your dog is getting their exercise. We will walk rain or shine, hot or cold. If dealing with extreme weather we will use common sense for safety concerns.
Pet Taxi:
For the following service we charge $30.00 round trip, for areas with-in 10 miles of 1355 Trenton Rd Adrian MI 49221. Outside of this area we charge 50 cents per mile more.
We offer a pet taxi service to and from the groomer or Veterinarian etc. We pick up your pets and take them wherever they need to go and return them home.
Emergency's: Lock outs, Veterinarian visits, and any unusual events will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per hour over and above the regular service.
Returned Checks: There is a $30.00 returned check fee.
